Welcome to companykharidobecho ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website at companykharidobecho.com, registering an account, submitting a listing, making an inquiry, or using any of our services — you ("User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and companykharidobecho under the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

- Registered buyers browsing or expressing interest in listings
- Professional advisors (CAs, lawyers, consultants) using the platform
- Visitors browsing the Platform without creating an account
companykharidobecho is an online marketplace and advisory platform that facilitates the buying and selling of companies, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), One Person Companies (OPCs), and business assets in Delhi, Delhi NCR, and across India. We operate as an intermediary and matchmaker — we do not directly buy, sell, or own any company listed on the Platform.
- Company listing and marketplace (buy/sell companies Delhi, India-wide)
- CA-certified company valuations and due diligence support
- Buyer-seller matchmaking with KYC-verified counterparties
- NDA drafting, negotiation facilitation, and deal management
- Legal documentation, ROC filings, and share transfer support
- Mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory services
companykharidobecho acts as a marketplace intermediary as defined under the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2021. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and our role is limited to facilitating connections and providing advisory support.
To use companykharidobecho, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy all of them.
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
- You are a resident of India or a foreign national legally permitted to conduct business in India
- If registering on behalf of a company or entity, you have the legal authority to bind that entity
- You have not been previously barred or suspended from using our Platform
- All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading
Minor Registration: Use of this Platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be registered by a minor will be immediately terminated and all associated data deleted.
If you list a company, LLP, or business asset for sale on companykharidobecho, you agree to the following obligations. These are in addition to all other terms in this document.
- All information provided in your listing is true, accurate, and not misleading
- You are the genuine owner or authorised representative of the company being listed
- Financial figures (revenue, profit, assets) are based on actual records and can be verified
- All legal registration numbers (CIN, GST, PAN, TAN) are authentic and belong to the listed company
- You will promptly update your listing if any information changes
- You will cooperate with our CA team's verification process before your listing goes live
- You will provide supporting documents (financial statements, MCA records) when requested
- You will not withhold material information that could affect a buyer's decision
- You will not list a company that is under regulatory investigation, NCLT proceedings, or subject to pending court orders without disclosing this
Misrepresentation: Providing false information in a listing is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under the Indian Penal Code 1860. companykharidobecho reserves the right to remove any listing and pursue legal remedies against sellers who misrepresent their companies.
If you register as a buyer or express interest in any listing on companykharidobecho, you agree to the following obligations.
- Complete KYC verification before receiving confidential seller information
- Sign and honour any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed through the Platform
- Use seller information received through the Platform solely for evaluating the specific transaction
- Not directly contact a seller without going through our Relationship Manager during the active deal process
- Provide honest information about your financial capacity and acquisition intent
- Not approach a seller's employees, clients, or vendors without prior written consent
- Complete agreed-upon payments through legitimate and traceable banking channels
Buyer Good Faith Requirement: We expect all buyers to engage in good faith. Using the Platform to gather competitive intelligence, extract seller contacts, or circumvent the deal process is a serious violation and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Creating and publishing a basic listing on companykharidobecho is currently free of charge for sellers. We reserve the right to introduce paid listing plans or featured listing slots in the future with 30 days prior notice to existing users.
companykharidobecho charges a success fee / commission on completed transactions. This commission is payable by the seller upon successful deal closure and is calculated as a percentage of the final agreed transaction value. The exact commission rate is communicated at the time of onboarding and confirmed in the Seller Agreement.
CA-certified valuation reports, legal due diligence support, and premium advisory services may attract separate fees. These are clearly communicated and agreed upon before the service begins. Initial consultation is free.
All payments to companykharidobecho must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other traceable payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted. All transactions attract applicable GST as per Indian tax law.
Confidentiality is the foundation of companykharidobecho. All users are bound by strict confidentiality obligations when dealing with information obtained through our Platform.
- Seller identity and company name are never publicly disclosed — only shared post-NDA
- Legal registration numbers are visible only to our CA team; shown to buyers post-NDA with confirmed intent
- Financial data shared during due diligence may only be used for evaluating the specific transaction
- Any information marked "Confidential" by either party must be treated as such
Any NDA executed through or in connection with the Platform is legally binding. Breach of an NDA may result in: immediate account suspension, civil claims for damages, and criminal proceedings under applicable Indian laws including the Indian Contract Act 1872 and IPC 1860.
Strict Prohibition: Using confidential seller information to compete with, undercut, or harm the listed business — or sharing it with unauthorized third parties — is a material breach of these Terms and the NDA, and will be pursued vigorously in courts of law.
By submitting a listing or any content on companykharidobecho, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, modify, and use that content for Platform purposes. You retain ownership of all content you submit.
- False, misleading, or fraudulent company information
- Listings for companies you do not own or are not authorised to sell
- Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Defamatory, obscene, or illegal content of any kind
- Duplicate listings for the same company under different accounts
- Listings for companies that are under winding-up proceedings without disclosure
We reserve the right to review, reject, modify, or remove any listing or content at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Listings are reviewed by our CA team before publication, but this review does not constitute an endorsement of the accuracy of the listing.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, a transaction on the Platform, or any interaction facilitated by companykharidobecho, the following resolution process applies.
Contact our Grievance Officer at legal@companykharidobecho.com. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days through mediation between the parties.
If the dispute is not resolved internally, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delhi, India, in the English language, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.
If arbitration fails or is not applicable, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on companykharidobecho. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or both.
- Impersonating another person or entity during registration or a transaction
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
- Scraping, harvesting, or copying Platform data in bulk via automated tools
- Attempting to bypass the Platform to conduct a deal directly and avoid our commission after matching was facilitated by us
- Circumventing the NDA process and directly contacting sellers obtained through our Platform
- Posting fake reviews, testimonials, or ratings of any kind
- Hacking, reverse-engineering, or attempting to compromise Platform security
- Using a single transaction to make multiple inquiries with no genuine intent to purchase
- Facilitating or encouraging any of the above on behalf of others
Intermediary Role: companykharidobecho is an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the financial health of any company, or the successful completion of any transaction. All information on the Platform is provided "as is" and relies on seller-submitted data.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform
- We are not liable for misrepresentations made by buyers or sellers
- Our total maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or pandemics
Our CA Verified badge indicates that registration documents were reviewed and appear authentic at the time of review — it does not constitute a guarantee of the company's financial performance or legal standing at the time of purchase.
companykharidobecho reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated as follows:
- Minor changes (clarifications, formatting) — updated on the page with a revised date
- Material changes (new obligations, fees, or restrictions) — notified via email at least 15 days before taking effect
- Critical changes affecting user rights — require explicit re-acceptance before continued use
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved by arbitration. The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any conflict.
